Sue has over 15 years banking experience in both Corporate and Commercial, as well as numerous customer service roles within these sectors. Her previous roles in Bank of Scotland and Lloyds bank have comprised of supporting Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors with both new and existing customers. She has worked with a variety of different customers, such as solicitors, SME’s and Real Estate. She also has vast knowledge in complaint handling, account opening and KYC.
Prior to joining Bank North she worked at two challenger banks. Her most recent role as a BDO comprised of writing credit applications and working closely with brokers to ensure property-based lending transactions were delivered in a timely manner.
