Why we need to confirm your identity

When opening a savings account with Bank North, we need to confirm your identity. This is part of our regulatory responsibilities and is to help prevent and reduce the risk of financial crime, such as money laundering.

How we will verify your identity

We will use an electronic verification process to identify you. If we are unable to identify you through this way, we may require physical documents to verify your identity.
